MY ETHOS
My path includes ancestral skills instructor and practitioner, biodynamic farmer, father, musician, 20 years in Emergency Medical Services in field and clinical settings, a decade as a medic at the Shambhala Music Festival and five seasons as founder of FestAid, to support safe hallucinogenic experiences. I am also a graduate of a Native American tribal college in Montana, with a valid and active Registered Nurse license in Washington, Oregon, and California, and ten years in specialized hospice nursing, as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (approx. >5,000 in USA) currently serving as a Case Manager for a major San Francisco Bay Area hospice.
I am the son of my ancestors, and descend from at least two known ancient tribal lineages, and can hear the voices of my ancestors. Some of my ancestors founded medicine ceremony many flock to in South America. I bring this ancestral strength and heart-centered medicine to every session, ensuring your specific path is met with professional expertise and spiritual care. This work is my calling, grounded in compassion and a lifetime of service, and was always meant for you.
There are deep parallels between physical death and the potential dissolution of the ego during a medicine journey. Having navigated many through both final transitions and intense internal expansions, I offer a unique presence that prioritizes your stabilization. I provide a container of unmatched safety, operating with the calm precision of a currently practicing Registered Nurse who has actively managed hospital codes and actual life to death transitions.
My role is that of a knowledgeable witness and stabilizing guide, ensuring your environment is medically sound, unbiased, and psychically secure. While I do not provide medicine aside from what I carry within, I offer a level of oversight rarely found in retreat settings. This one to one partnership is built on accountability and professionalism, with the soul of a mystic, focusing entirely on your personal safety and the integrity of your decision-making throughout the process.
Transformation is deeply influenced by set and setting, which is why your minimum 12-hour guided journey takes place fully immersed in the natural world. Whether among the trees or by the ocean, nature acts as a grounding force for the psyche. To ensure lasting progress, our work includes pre-session health screenings and two hours of post-journey consultation to integrate these insights into your daily life.
No mud, no lotus.
As a Registered Nurse with a clinical background, but with the inside of a mystic, I bring a human approach to psychedelic integration. My practice is grounded in safety protocols and structured support, ensuring your experience is as therapeutic as it is transformative.
